As a Leak testing facility we offer our existing and new clients, a
service to attend their site, and inspect externally, open up, clean out and inspect
internally, fill with either water or air,Test and box up, checking Gauges, pressure
relief valves, Non return valves, Pressure on/off switches, and drain cocks.
Wall thicknesses are checked Ultrasonically for thinning and wear. Issue a satisfactory
certificate for the vessel.
There are numerous reasons for Leak Testing:
Economic – To prevent material loss that interferes with system operation.
Safety – Prevent fire, explosion and environmental contamination.
Reliability – Detect unreliable components, and those with leakage rates that exceed
standards.
